In case of a reaction or and an emergency:
Reaction: a) stop the drip, b) Benadryl will be given to all nurses. Use your clinical experience to determine if Benadryl will be necessary, helpful, and or indicated in such a situation, c) if Benadryl would be helpful and indicated based on the reaction - push 25mg, d) if Benadryl will either likely not be necessary, give the patient a glass of water, alleviate any added stress measures by remaining calm cool and collected and be in touch with Adina for further instructions.
Emergency: Anaphylaxis, syncope, unstable patient call Hatzolah or 911 right away, must inform us after, do not wait before calling Hatzolah or 911.
Abnormal Vital Signs:
Call or text Adina to discuss and determine plan STAT.
Payment:
One drip: Payment will be made via zelle or venmo. Pay rate will be as set by day of hire and depend on experience.
Two-Five Drips in the same house: An additional $40 will be added for each additional person receiving a drip as long as the group is receiving the drip in the same household/apartment/office.
Groups of 6+: Pay Rate will be set depending on location and setting at time of commitment to the job.
All nurses will receive a 1099 at the end of the calendar year. All necessary information for this process is required on the consent form below.
Documentation:
All drips, vaccines, blood work, wound care and general house calls must be logged into the appropriate form on the Bleu Glove website under nurse’s portal.
All fields on the form must be completed accurately.
Form must be submitted on the same day of the drip/vaccine.
Insurance:
Bleu drips Concierge insures all nurses from an entity perspective however nurses are required to have their own personal insurance coverage policy as well.
You will be asked to provide proof of your policy below. This is a prerequisite for employment at Bleu Drips Concierge.
Supplies:
There will be a base location in each community where supplies will be stocked.
5T/FR/Queens - The office in North Woodmere, and main nurses supplied.
Lakewood - 10th St
Brooklyn - Main nurse supplied.
Monsey - Main nurse supplied.
Teaneck/Riverdale/Passaic - Main nurse supplied.
Unspecified locations - Main nurse supplied.
All nurses will be required to pick up all necessary supplies from said community location if they are not stocked.
HIPAA:
HIPPA as it is law, must be kept to the highest standard, this includes gray areas in which you are not sure, as a rule “when in doubt, leave it out.”
